We are looking for a full time night bakery manager. The job will be predominantly night shifts with a mix of weekdays and weekends. It is approx 40-45hrs per week, 28 days holiday and pension scheme. We also give staff a weekly veg box and discounts in all our shops, bread, pastries & good coffee are also part of the perks.
You must have experience in a bakery and experience at a supervisor level or above. You need to be trained in haccp and comfortable directing a shift, instructing staff, monitoring work and cleaning. Night shift bakers must be comfortable with oven work, scheduling, basic oven and equipment maintenance. Attention to detail and a good organisational skills are also a must.
We are looking for someone to come and join our team who will share our ethos of simple stuff made well. Knowing where all our ingredients come from, using as many local and small scale suppliers as possible. We work with multiple small mills for our flour and we use local cultured butter in our pastries. It is important to us to be working with the community around us.
